Five years and two months later, it was graduation day for Sasuke and Naruto's ninja class, unfortunatly, Naruto did not pass his exam. Sasuke was sort of, concerned for his once-best-friends future, but he didn't dwell on it.

And of course, Naruto ended up passing after all, so it was an incredible shock to him when Naruto showed up in the classroom waiting to be put unto a team, in fact, he almost passed out, though, he, the expert at not showing emotion, just sat there, not saying anything even as Naruto took a seat next to him.

"GOAL!" Ino and Sakura screamed as they entered the classroom, neck in neck. Sasuke sighed, not wishing to be bothered. Naruto looked up and seemed to go into a daze. Sure Sakura was beautiful, Sasuke thought, but that didn't mean she was a godess, meant to be fawned over and adored. Of course, just then she spotted him.

Then, pushing Naruto out of the way, she asked, "Can I sit next to you Sasuke-kun?" Sasuke chose to ignore her, knowing that she would sit there after a minute anyway so what was the point? Of course then Ino had to get involved. "Sasuke doesn't want to sit next to you Sakura."

"First come, first serve Ino-pig!" They literally fought to the letter to get a chance to sit next to him. It totally bored him.

He felt something jump on the desk in front of him, and looked up into the ice-blue eyes of his friendship forgotten, best friend Naruto. He matched Naruto's hard firey glare, with an icey one of his own. Lightning seemed to pass between them, and he started to feel himself getting lost. Snap out of it, he thought, and renewed his concentration. He heard someone stand up in front of them.

Then all of the sudden, very warm, slightly chapped lips were on his own, time seemed to stop within thier wide eyed smooch.

Naruto too, felt the power within the kiss, was scared of it, and pulled away like a cobra's venomous attack. Spitting and sputtering, tried in vain to get the taste of Sasuke from his mouth. Sasuke too was trying to choke himself...

Sakura and Ino were going insane! Sakura looked as though she wanted to blow him up on the spot, and Ino looked as though she was going to faint from anger, and shock, and a little bit of pleasure.

Naruto blushed, he hoped Sakura-chan would be able to forgive him, after all he did regard her as one of the lovliest godesses in existance. He really didn't know what was so special about Sasuke, I mean he wasn't THAT good-looking, or smooth, or cool...he was a jerk and a baka and that's all there was to it.

Sasuke was so wrapped up in his after-kiss daze that he didn't notice as the classroom slowly emptied, leaving only he, Naruto, and Sakura left to be team 7.

Naruto on the other hand, was pacing back and forth wishing nothing more then to have his new sensai come and to find out who his teammates were, not really noticing that only three people were left.

Eventually Kakashi-sensai entered the room, quickly avoiding the prank Naruto had set, and ignoring the yells of Sakura. "You're late!" blah blah blah...

Finally, Sasuke snapped out of his stupor and noticed who his teammates were for the very first time. He groaned inwardly, Sakura AND Naruto? His life was going to be hell!
